İADE KOŞULLARI

1. You may submit your return request within 2 business days from the date of purchase.

2. Returned products must have their original tags attached and must not have any usage-related damages.

3. The return process is handled through the nivo code if the product's original tag remains attached and you are registered as our customer. If your transaction records are unavailable, presenting the receipt or invoice is required.

4. Swimwear and underwear products cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.

5. The refund amount will be processed according to the original payment method (cash or bank/credit card).

6. Gift Cards cannot be converted to cash refunds.

7. For card payments, refunds are processed within 3-10 business days, depending on bank procedures. Please contact your bank for further details.

8. Returns can only be processed at the nivo store from which the item was originally purchased.

1. Exchange requests can be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

2. Products eligible for exchange must have their original tags attached and must not have any usage-related damages.

3. The exchange process is handled through the nivo code if the product's original tag remains attached and you are registered as our customer. If your transaction records are unavailable, presenting the receipt or invoice is required.

4. Exchange procedures can be conducted at any nivo store.

5. Exchanges are conducted solely at our stores. If the new item chosen is of higher value, the price difference must be paid. If the new item chosen is of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as a gift card credited to your account; no cash refunds are provided.

6. If no suitable product for exchange is found, upon your request, the equivalent amount will be credited to your account as a gift card.

7. Gift cards must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance.
